Booking Process:

Booking us for your event is easy. First, you should call to confirm our availability for your date. The number is 727-409-2679. When you book us, we’ll send you a package including a contract, a reception planning form, a music list and more. Sign the contract and return it with a $150 retainer. Your date will be reserved once the contract and deposit are received. The balance is due two weeks prior to your event. About one month before your event we’ll send you a card confirming the date, time and location of your event. That card also invites you to schedule an optional pre-event consultation where you can discuss the particulars of your party.
