We can manage every detail at your reception so you can relax and enjoy the evening with your family and friends. First we’ll send you a Reception Planner. It’s a detailed questionnaire and song list that will walk you through every aspect of your reception from start to finish. It tells us exactly the type of music you want, the song for your first dance, who will be giving toasts, the order of events and much more. Then we’ll meet with you face-to-face at our “Pre-Event Consultation” so you can communicate music interests and special requests for your dream reception. Finally, we’ll make your dream a reality by working as a team with your caterer, photographer, videographer—even your guests—so things go smoothly.
